We will provide a cord blood collection kit that contains everything needed for the healthcare provider to collect the cord blood. Once the baby has been born and the cord blood collected, someone from the hospital simply calls us to arrange for a medical courier to come to the hospital to pick up the blood and deliver it to the lab. We will contact the parents by phone once the blood has been processed and will send a final report a few weeks later.

5.Please provide your pricing/financing information. We offer two different pricing programs options. The first is costs $2,010. This includes the collection kit, processing and 20 years of storage. We also offer an annual payment program. This requires an initial fee of $1,395 and an annual payment of $95 per year. Included in the $1,395 is the collection kit, processing and one year of storage. The $95 annual fee is guaranteed for 10 years.
